An area state representative and former Brown City Mayor has died. Keith Muxlow served six terms in the Michigan House starting in 1980 and represented people in Sanilac County and the thumb area. He died last week at age 84. Before becoming a state lawmaker, Muxlow served in the U.S. Army as a radio
operator and served as Mayor of Brown City. A funeral will take place this morning at 11 o’clock at Immanuel Lutheran Church in St. Clair. A memorial service will be held Thursday evening at Brown City Missionary Church.
