The Port Huron Police Department is investigating why two individuals were found dead in a 10th street house yesterday morning. Police officers were called to the 2600 block of 10th to do a welfare check as neighbors were concerned that they have not seen their neighbors recently. When officers arrived at the house, they found a female in her 90s and a male in his 60’s deceased. Authorities say there were no signs of forced entry into the house and there are no signs of foul play. A carbon monoxide test also showed no elevated levels in the home. The incident remains under investigation.
