An inmate at the St. Clair County Jail has died following a medical issue . According to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department, a 31 year old Metamora man was found unresponsive by his fellow inmates around 6am Thursday morning with difficulty breathing. He was taken to Lake Huron Medical Center where he was treated but later pronounced dead. The man is identified as Austin Fuller, who had been housed at the jail since November 4th for failing to identify as a sexual offender. Fuller’s family has been notified and Sheriff’s officials say he has a history of medical problems.
